Under an Army of Stars is a collection of short stories that I have written and compiled within the last two years. Under an Army of Stars is also the name of the first story of the collection. All of these stories aren't related except for what they all mean to me as both a writer and a person. Most of the stories in the collection are things I have directly experience in my whirlwind of a confusing childhood. Who says you can't find writing inspiration early in your life? I may just anger my parents and family while unveiling these defining moments and elaborations but this book of stories is all about coming to terms with the horrible happenings of life. This is a tribute to life but, better yet, a tribute to writing. I pay tribute to writing because it holds the power for anyone and everyone to be able to find a solution or answer with a pen and a paper. There are plenty of things you can answer with such simple utensiles. Why not use them to their full advantages. A toast: To the wonderful and wily workings of writing.
